Where we deliver
Kenzo Aluminium (Pty) Ltd offers free delivery of its online door and window orders across South Africa. Swartland arranges delivery to the address supplied with the order. The range is supply only; installation is not included.
Delivery timing
Our usual guidance is approximately 10–15 working days after an order is confirmed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Product availability, manufacturing, the delivery address and carrier arrangements may affect timing. We will contact you if we learn of a material delay and agree the next step with you. Your rights under applicable law remain in place.
Delivery arrangements
Please provide an accurate South African delivery address and a reachable contact number. Doors and windows can be large and fragile. Swartland arranges delivery; Kenzo will help coordinate order questions or changes to the delivery details. Ensure that someone can receive the order and that access is suitable for the size of the item.
On arrival
Check the delivered product and packaging as soon as practical. If something is missing, damaged or different from your order, contact us with your order number and photos at info@kenzoaluminiumsa.co.za or +27 79 815 1920. Prompt notice helps us investigate transit damage; it does not reduce your statutory rights. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for remedies.
