These terms explain how orders through the Kenzo Aluminium website work. The seller is Kenzo Aluminium (Pty) Ltd, 18 Barlinka Road, Shirley Park, Stikland, 7530, South Africa. They should be read with our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing here excludes or limits a right that South African law gives you.
Products and ordering
Kenzo Aluminium sells aluminium doors, windows and related products for supply in South Africa. We do not provide installation. Check the listed SKU, colour, dimensions, glazing and opening configuration before placing an order. Where opening direction is shown, product descriptions explain the outside-view convention. Product images may include illustrative lifestyle renders; the written catalogue specification and SKU define the item supplied.
Placing an order sends us your purchase request. We will confirm availability and the order details. If a listed product cannot be supplied or a material listing error is found, we will contact you promptly to offer a lawful alternative or a refund. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices at checkout are in South African rand and show the total selling price for the products selected. Kenzo Aluminium is currently not VAT registered and does not add a separate VAT charge. Free nationwide delivery is offered as stated in the Shipping Policy. Any payment method available at checkout will show its own payment instructions. An order is not marked paid until payment is confirmed.
Delivery and risk
Our usual delivery guidance is approximately 10–15 working days after order confirmation, subject to the details in the Shipping Policy. We will communicate material delays. Any legal rights concerning delivery, cancellation, loss or damage remain unaffected.
Returns and product quality
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains how to request a return and summarises the applicable online cooling-off and defective-goods rights. The Consumer Protection Act’s implied warranty and any applicable manufacturer warranty are separate; manufacturer warranty terms, where offered for a product, do not replace statutory remedies.
Website information
We aim to keep product information accurate. Measurements and specifications should be checked against the individual product listing. Website content, photography and design are provided to help you shop and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Temporary website errors do not remove your rights under an accepted order or applicable law.
